1. Services
The Field Architect provides coaching, education, and consulting services for adults. You must be at least 18 years old to submit an assessment, purchase a service, or participate in a program. By engaging with our services, purchasing a program, or using our website, you agree to these terms.
2. Coaching Agreement
The Threshold is a 12-week private coaching engagement. By enrolling, you agree to attend weekly sessions, complete assignments, and participate actively in the program. Coaching is educational in nature and is not a substitute for therapy, medical advice, or clinical mental health treatment.
3. Payment
The standard program fee is $5,500 for The Threshold. Any individual price, invitation discount, credit, or payment plan must be stated in the signed agreement or confirmed in writing. Payment is due before the program begins unless different terms have been agreed upon in writing. Payments are processed by the payment provider shown at checkout.
4. Subscriptions
Any subscription offer will clearly display its price and billing interval before purchase. A subscription automatically renews at that interval until you cancel. You may request cancellation through the Contact page. Cancellation stops future renewals and access continues through the already paid billing period unless a refund is issued. If a renewal payment fails, the payment provider may retry the charge during a seven-day grace period. Access pauses after that grace period unless payment is successfully recovered.
5. Refunds
The first purchase of a subscription may be refunded when a written request is received within 14 calendar days of the initial charge. Subscription renewals are non-refundable. Field Audit and The Threshold payments are non-refundable. These rules do not limit rights that cannot legally be waived. The separate Refund Policy contains the same controlling terms.
6. Rescheduling
Each eligible individual meeting may be rescheduled once when the request is made more than 24 hours before its scheduled start. A request made exactly 24 hours before the meeting is not within policy. Additional or late reschedules require Daniel's documented approval. This rule applies to Field Audits, Calibration Calls, Threshold weekly calls, weekly coaching sessions, closing sessions, and other individual coaching sessions identified at booking.
7. Privacy and Confidentiality
Coaching information is handled according to the Privacy Policy and may be processed by the service providers needed to operate the portal, payments, scheduling, communications, and storage. It is not used for testimonials, case studies, advertising, model training, or employer decisions without separate explicit consent. Disclosure may also occur when required by law or when reasonably necessary to respond to an immediate safety concern.
8. Content and Intellectual Property
Program materials may include work owned by Daniel Love, material used with permission from its owner, and third-party services governed by their own terms. Access gives you a personal, limited, non-transferable right to use the material for your participation. It does not transfer ownership or permit reproduction, publication, resale, or distribution without the applicable owner's written permission. You retain ownership of original content you submit, subject to the limited rights needed to provide the service and any separate permission you choose to grant.
9. Limitation of Liability
The Field Architect is not liable for any outcomes, decisions, or actions taken by clients as a result of coaching. Coaching is a collaborative process, and results are not guaranteed.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by applicable state and federal laws. Any disputes will be resolved through mediation before pursuing legal action.
