Information We Collect
We collect information you provide directly, including contact and account details, application and assessment responses, coaching goals, fieldwork and reflection entries, messages, agreements, payment status, and booking details. Some coaching responses may be sensitive and may discuss health-adjacent experiences, relationships, finances, work, or family. We do not request payment card numbers in the coaching portal. Payment providers process payment credentials directly. We also receive limited technical, security, login, and usage information needed to operate and protect the website.
How We Use Your Information
We use information to determine and manage the service you requested, provide coaching, operate your portal, maintain progress and communication history, process and reconcile payments, schedule sessions, support account access, prevent abuse, comply with legal obligations, and improve operations. We do not sell personal data or use private client content for advertising, testimonial, case-study, product-evidence, or model-training purposes without separate explicit consent.
Service Providers and Access
Daniel Love and authorized service providers may access the minimum information needed to perform their roles. Current provider categories include Base44 for application hosting and data operations, Wix for payment processing, Calendly and connected calendars for scheduling, email delivery services for transactional messages, and Cloudflare Turnstile for public-form security. Text messaging providers may process your phone number and message-delivery information only if texting is enabled and you separately consent. Providers process information under their own terms and privacy practices.
Recordings, Transcripts, AI, and Optional Lenses
Sessions are not recorded or transcribed, and client content is not sent for AI analysis, unless you receive a clear explanation and separately opt in for that specific session and purpose. Agreeing to recording does not automatically authorize transcription or AI analysis. Any manually imported Human Design, Gene Keys, or other reflective lens requires separate consent, remains a non-authoritative coaching hypothesis, and cannot determine eligibility, pricing, safety, medical care, employment, or access. No direct Human Design or Gene Keys website integration is used.
Corporate Engagements
Individual coaching responses and scores are not provided to an employer or used for hiring, firing, promotion, compensation, discipline, scheduling, accommodation, or performance decisions. Corporate reporting, if offered, is limited to an agreed purpose and appropriate aggregate information. Separate explicit consent is required before identifying a participant or reusing individual material.
Data Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and access controls designed to protect personal information. No online system can guarantee absolute security. Portal accounts should use a unique password, and suspected unauthorized access should be reported promptly through the Contact page.
Retention and Deletion
We retain information only as long as reasonably needed for the service, security, dispute resolution, financial reconciliation, agreements, legal obligations, and legitimate business records. A deletion request removes eligible information from active systems and is passed to applicable providers when required and technically available. Some payment, agreement, audit, fraud-prevention, legal, and backup records may need to remain for a limited period. Backup copies expire through their normal protected retention cycle rather than being edited individually.
Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, receive, or delete personal information, or to withdraw an optional consent. Submit a request through the Contact page. We may need to verify your identity and may retain information when required by law or needed for a valid exception. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing already completed while the consent was active.
Adults Only and Emergency Messages
The services and assessments are intended for adults 18 and older. If we learn that information was submitted by a minor, we will review and delete it when appropriate. Forms, email, text, and portal messages are not continuously monitored and cannot provide emergency help.
