Refund Policy

Field Audit and The Threshold payments are non-refundable because they reserve individualized preparation, materials, and coaching capacity.

The first purchase of a subscription may be refunded when a written request is received within 14 calendar days of the initial charge. This refund window applies only to the initial subscription purchase. Renewal charges are non-refundable.

Cancelling a subscription stops future renewals. Unless a refund is issued, access continues through the end of the already paid billing period. If a refund is issued, access may end when the refund is processed.

Any service not named above is governed by the refund terms shown in its offer, checkout, or signed agreement. Scheduling changes are handled under the separate rescheduling terms and do not create a refund right.

Submit a refund or cancellation request in writing through the Contact page. These rules do not limit rights that cannot legally be waived. Program materials, assessments, and portal access are non-transferable.
